Jupiter conjunct Pluto

Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008 and is here with us until 2024.  When Pluto first entered Capricorn was the time when the world experienced a major global financial crisis.  Jupiter also entered Capricorn for the year of 2008.  What we are currently experiencing in the year 2020 is the same conjunction of planets in 2008 with Jupiter and Pluto. This year we will have 3 exact "Pluto Jupiter conjunctions".  The first exact one occurs on 5 April 2020, the second one on 30 June 2020 and the last one on 13 November 2020 (exact date/times depends on where you are in the world).  Jupiters energy likes to expand what it touches, therefore it expands the qualities that Pluto in Capricorn represents.  Pluto in Capricorn is all about changing government structures, transforming how we view our personal responsibilities, seeks to uncover abuse of power in both governments and big businesses, changing our view towards material success and how we use the earth's resources.  These are underlying themes that have been brewing away since 2008, however, Jupiter this year will expose all these types of changes that need to be made, therefore the world as we knew it since 2008 is changing again.  In this process Jupiter may uncover some ugly truths of misuse in power and emphasis who is in control.  Jupiter will expose on both a personal and global level, jealousy, revenge and selfishness and on the more positive side, personal success, determination, promotions and spiritual growth.  Jupiter really emphasizes what it touches, so do not be alarmed if some shocking news unfolds especially around those dates I mentioned earlier when Jupiter and Pluto conjunct exactly. Jupiter represents travel, religion, mass media and education systems, so we may see more 'big changes' in the news around these topics around the time these conjunctions occur.  What we all need to do, is learn how to take responsibility for our lives, look to sustainable answers for the future and look to new structures and regulations for a new world that will begin to emerge come 2021.   On a personal level we will all feel the Jupiter Pluto conjunction in our own chart.  It can bring opportunities for great change but it can also expose what needs to be released.  Pluto does represent death/transformation afterall as well as hidden treasures. Look beneath the surface in whatever situations you face this year as well as what is happening around us.  Collectivly this year is about us facing our fears and trauma that need to be healed and letting go of what was, in order to make room for the new. Look to the area of your natal chart that is ruled by Capricorn to see where you are being asked for a big change.
