Solar eclipse in Aries

A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon directly aligns with the Sun and the Earth. We have New Moons every month, but Solar Eclipses occur approximately 6 months apart. The Solar Eclipse is the focal point of change, indicating the main thrust of the movement. Usually, you can feel the eclipse effects as soon as one month before it occurs or one month after it occurs. Eclipses really do create milestones in our lives or obvious changing points on our path. This particular New Moon is sitting with Chiron, who is known as the 'wounded healer'. One strong element to this New Moon is giving us all a chance to heal a part of the deepest part of our soul that has been wounded which has resulted in a thwarted identity. Any time Chiron is involved, there is great pain involved. But the answer is the pain. Therefore, people who work in healing modalities tend to incorporate their Chiron and use the wisdom from their own healing that has come through Chiron. If we don't take advantage of this energy, then part of our identity will remain blocked, and we will be unable to express our unique selves. We create personas to cope with this pain and, therefore, do not act or think authentically as this mask is now in control. April packs a big punch this year. We have a revolutionary planetary alignment around 21 April involving Uranus and Jupiter. Most people will notice something shift this month, whether that's through healing, a physical change or an opportunity coming your way. This New Moon is asking you to be courageous in some way, and for many, this could be the courage to look deep within and tend to the wounds that are at your core
