Spring Equinox 2018

The weekend is almost here, and these are the Astro vibes we have springing on us 🌻🌙 This time every year we celebrate the seasons changing from Winter into Spring (here in the Southern Hemisphere) and Summer into Autumn (in the Northern Hemisphere).  The equinox represents the Earth's annual cycle around the Sun resulting in equal day and equal night.  It is a time of change, endings and beginnings.  Our ancestors always knew this time of year was when a new chapter would occur. If you imagine a flower finally opening its petals to show its beauty, we too are opening up to let our beauty glow out into the world. The equinox is occurring on Sunday 23 September at NZT 1.53 pm. For the next month we are being asked to focus our attention on relationships by figuring out how to balance the scales within all relationships in our life.  Our lives need to be balanced in all areas e.g. emotional, physical, spiritual and mental.  You will see what is out of balance this month and where you need to weigh the scales better.  We also have Mercury the planet of communication entering Libra on Saturday 22 September.  Our thoughts become more indecisive and we want to vocalise our ideas. Socialising will increase and the need to be with people will also increase. Relationships are a big theme for the next couple of months.  Look to your Natal chart to the house ruled by Libra to get a better idea of where the Sun and Mercury will be illuminating a call for balance this month.
