New Moon in Gemini

We have a New Moon in Gemini on 7 June 2024 NZT. During a New Moon, the side of the moon that remains invisible to us here on Earth is being illuminated by the Sun.  Therefore our own ‘invisible’ side, our inner feelings, emotions and desires are also being illuminated during a New Moon.  During this illumination, we are given a window of opportunity to start a fresh, let go of the energy of the previous cycle and set our intentions, dreams & inner-most desires into conscious action.  The New Moon is a great time to set your intentions, write down goals or begin new projects for the forthcoming cycle.  Consider sitting in ceremony or personal meditation and affirming to the Universe your intentions & inner-most heartfelt desires for the cycle. This New Moon is in Gemini indicates a time to let go of recurring habits to do with how we communicate to ourselves and to others and look for new ways or new perspectives in how we can change this for the better.  What stories are you still carrying around in your mind that do not serve yourself?  There will be an upswing in energy with new ideas popping into your mind, feeling the urge to talk and communicate your ideas and opinions with anyone and everyone. I think this is a time to consciously watch what we say to ourselves and others instead of falling into the less desirable energy of Gemini which is gossip and believing all the false stories in our minds. The Moon will be squaring Saturn which indicates we have tests to see how committed we are to a certain path, regardless of obstacles. I don’t think any month goes planned, but I would say this month is one to be ready for unexpected obstacles.
